Customer changed password in Virtual Terminal and did NOT update their account on the phone QP app.

Go into the QwickPAY application on the phone and then Menu and then Merchant Info and correct only the middle two options with the new password.

H410

This issue was experienced with a Canadian credit card. This can be caused by limits or other traps credit card companies set to decline the processing of a request and this is what generates the Declined error message.

Call the credit card company to find out why the card is being Declined. Typically this error has nothing to due with the customer account or QwickPAY.

This is a commonly reported error from Apple devices when the port on this device is either dirty or damaged.

Contact Apple or search the Apple support site to find tips on how to resolve this issue. If the Apple device is under warranty, Apple may replace it for free.
