Changing a password in the Virtual Terminal & App

Anytime you change your password in the Virtual Terminal, you will also need to change your password within the mobile app itself. Below are instructions for both the VT and the app.

Step 1 of 2: Changing the Password in the Virtual Terminal

1.1 Locate the original email you received from QwickPAY (or your Reseller) that contains your QwickPAY credentials.

Here are the QwickPAY credentials for QwickPay Customer LLC.

QwickPAY Merchant ID = MAG123456789

QwickPAY Merchant Password = u2!Ag7*Ap4AgYo

QwickPAY credentials are case sensitive. Please enter exactly as shown above.

1.2 Navigate your web browser to https://myqwickpay.com/login.aspx where you can copy and paste your QwickPAY Merchant ID and password from the email into the appropriate fields.

1.3 Once you have logged in, you will see the QwickPAY Virtual Terminal Home Page. In the left-hand panel, under "ACCOUNT", click on "Administration".

1.4 Copy and paste the original QwickPAY password (from your email) in the field for "Old Password". Enter your new password in the remaining fields.

Tip

Get creative with your new password by using part of your business name. For example: Joe's Mobile Car Wash might use the password "Mobile#1!"

Step 2 of 2: Changing the Password in the Mobile App

2.1 Launch the QwickPAY application on your mobile device. Tap once on the screen to get to the main transaction screen. Tap on the "Menu" button in the upper left corner of the screen.

2.2 From the Main Menu, tap on "Merchant Info".

2.3 Clear the old password from both password fields and enter the new password you just created in the Virtual Terminal. When you are finished, tap "Done".
